Shipping within Canada

  • Please be aware that it might take up to 3 business days for us to prepare your order for shipping.
  • We offer free shippings on all orders over $130CAD before taxes and after discounts.

Shipping to USA

  • TOSLA & VISLA Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages return to us due to an incorrect address. 

Duties and Taxes for USA customers

  • Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duty or other customs fees for their order.
  • Shipments may be held by a country's customs department for some time. Please note that TOSLA & VISLA Inc. is not responsible for such situations and refunds will NOT be applied.
  • Any packages that are refused or not acknowledged by the customer will not be refunded by TOSLA & VISLA Inc.

 

Return and Exchange

We do pay a lot of attention to the quality of our products and safe packaging. Therefore, we understand if you would like to make a return or exchange. 

We have a 14-days return and exchange policy from the day you receive your item. 

All costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at wecare@toslavisla.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges 

We cannot guarantee that the desired product will be in stock when we receive the item for exchange. In this case, we will process a refund.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
